01Meet Allen

i ran the warehouse floor. now i build the software.

Open to work: full-stack and internal tools

I'm Allen Roldan. After 5+ years running e-commerce warehouses, I now lead in-house systems at a leading dermatology clinic group and run my own order and warehouse SaaS. Team chat, operations and inventory, order management: React, Node and Supabase, from one codebase to web, desktop and phone.

03How I work

no guesswork. every system solves a real problem.

Most of what I build started on a warehouse floor. Every project goes through the same six steps.

  1. 01

    diagnose

Find what the team is actually fighting: the count that doesn't match, the request that sits for a week.

  2. 02

    map

Write the flow down before any code: who does what, in what order, and what goes wrong today.

  3. 03

    design

Screens for the people who will use them, on the device they actually hold.

  4. 04

    build

React, Node and Supabase, with roles and row-level security from the first table.

  5. 05

    test

Check it against the real work and the real users before it goes live.

  6. 06

    ship

One codebase out to web, Windows, Mac, Android and iPhone, then keep improving it.

Internal Chat

The company’s own internal chat, built in-house.

Problem
A group of clinic, wellness and pharmacy brands with many branches needed one place of its own to talk, meet and find things later.
What I built
A Slack-style workspace: channels, branch groups, DMs, threads, mentions, reactions, scheduled messages, saved items, pins, search, and voice and video meetings. Real-time through Supabase Realtime, with row-level security on every table. iPhone builds are cloud-built with Codemagic.
Result
Live on all five platforms: web, Windows (Microsoft Store), Mac, Android and iPhone, from one React codebase.

Operations Suite

The company’s internal systems portal, behind one login.

Problem
Stock, assets, requests, permits and spending across many branches needed one system, with each person seeing only what their role and branch allow.
What I built
One login over Inventory (multi-branch, FIFO), Assets, Flow (requests and approvals), Gift Suite, Documents (permits with expiry alerts), Subscriptions, Petty Cash and Calendar, plus an Admin module that sets roles per user and per branch. Every stock change is written to a movement ledger.
Result
In daily use across the clinic group’s branches.

BilisOps

Order and warehouse SaaS for Philippine online sellers.

Problem
Online sellers on TikTok Shop and Lazada run orders, picking and courier handover across separate tools.
What I built
A multi-tenant OMS/WMS with official TikTok Shop Partner API and Lazada Open Platform integrations: seller OAuth, live order and product sync, ready-to-ship and real waybills. Wave picking, dispatch and courier handover, COD reconciliation and PDA barcode scanning. Tenant data separation, signed sessions, subscription admin and automatic tenant setup.
Result
Live at bilisops.com. I designed, built and deployed it myself.

08Experience

from the floor to the code. people first, then software.

"Most of my software started as a problem I had on a warehouse floor: a count that didn't match, a team chat that lost messages, a request that sat unapproved for a week. What I bring to a team: I understand the people who will use the system, and I can build it end to end."
